1. When the screw air compressor is stopped, the air inlet of the screw air compressor sprays oil outward. When the air compressor suddenly s and the exhaust valve is not opened in time to discharge the exhaust gas, the cooling oil is sprayed out from the air inlet. There is no problem, if it is normal, you should further check whether the check valve on the main exhaust pipe can be closed in time or whether it is completely closed. If there is a problem, it should be eliminated.
2. The screw air compressor automatically s during work. There are two main reasons for the machine to automatically trip and stop at work: one is the power supply grid element. Because the machine has its own safety protection devices such as undervoltage protector, wrong phase failure protector, and high voltage protector. When the grid voltage is lower than the rated voltage (380V) by about 90%, or the three-phase power supply is out of phase, it will automatically trip and stop. Second, the exhaust temperature is too high. It may be that there is a lack of lubricating oil, the cooler is blocked, or the temperature control valve is faulty and cannot function properly, etc.
Third, the temperature is too high (this is the most common fault of screw air compressors), which is explained in detail here. The screw air compressor was set to a high discharge temperature of 120 degrees Celsius. When it reaches 110 degrees, the temperature warning light starts to flash and alarm, and it will automatically stop when it exceeds 120 degrees. There are generally the following reasons for shutdown due to excessive temperature:
Environmental ventilation and heat dissipation is poor. There are three main situations in which the surrounding environment of the screw air compressor affects heat dissipation: one is that it is too close to wall obstacles; the other is that there are other heat sources near the screw air compressor; the third is that the front door and side door of the screw air compressor are open during operation, and the fan cannot Create strong airflow.
Cracked or loose screw air compressor fan blades. When the fan blade is cracked, the air compressor will automatically stop after working for about 5 minutes due to excessive temperature, and it will make an abnormal sound. .
The screw air compressor oil filter is too dirty. When it is too dirty, the resistance oil cannot enter the air compressor according to the normal flow, and the air compressor will quickly heat up due to the lack of cooling and lubricating oil. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet oil exceeds 0.18MPa, the filter element needs to be replaced.
Cooling oil level is too low. When the cold machine is inspected, if the oil level is lower than the lower end of the inspection pipe, it should be made up immediately. The position lower than the center of the oil mark during the work should be compensated.
Cooling oil number is low or oil quality is poor. The screw air compressor uses the manufacturer's special air compressor oil. When other low-grade or inferior oils are used, the viscosity and specific heat will not meet the specifications, resulting in excessively high temperature.
The radiator is blocked. When there is a lot of dust in the surrounding environment of the screw air compressor, a layer of dust or sludge will form on the surface of the radiator after long-term work, and the internal copper pipes are also easily blocked due to the accumulation of grease, which then affects the heat dissipation. For the air cooler, use a dust gun to clean the outside. If it is not clean, then remove it and clean it with a high-pressure water gun, and use a special potion to clean the inside. If it is a water cooler, then a water pump should be used to circulate the potion to clean it.
The oil cut-off valve of the screw air compressor fails (some models have it). There is an oil shut-off valve between the oil filter and the air compressor. When the oil shut-off valve cannot be opened, due to the lack of oil lubrication and cooling, the temperature of the screw air compressor rises rapidly after starting, and it will automatically stop in about a few seconds.
Oil separator filter element is too dirty. When it is too dirty, the oil will affect the circulation due to excessive resistance, resulting in overheating shutdown, and it should be cleaned or replaced.
