Fault phenomenon: The exhaust temperature of the air compressor unit is high (over 100°C), which may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The air compressor temperature control system is faulty.
2. The oil shut-off valve of the air compressor is faulty and stuck.
3. The cooling fan of the air compressor is faulty.
4. The ambient temperature of the air compressor is too high, and the exhaust air is not smooth.
5. The lubricating oil cooling liquid level of the air compressor unit is too low (the upper and lower limits of the normal position, up to 2/3 of the oil level).
6. Dirty air compressor oil cooler
   The temperature difference between the oil inlet and the oil outlet, the normal temperature difference is between 12~15℃, if the external dust blocks the radiator, just blow it with compressed air, if the inside of the radiator is dirty, Special cleaning solvent is required. If the inside of the radiator is seriously blocked, it needs to be cleaned by circulation.
7. The air compressor oil filter element is blocked.
